SPEAKERS CORNER

This will be held on May 30th 10.15am for 10.30am start. We will be having two U3a members speaking on this morning.
Ellen Linke will speak on her Army Experiences and past Editor of the Portland Observer.

Robyn Peacock is also a member of Portland U3a and will be speaking about GEOCACHING. This is a new game or hobby and Robyn will explain it all.

JUNE ACTIVIES COMING UP

The Legal System:

This will be led by Rudi de Zoete Spiero . This series will be held on Wednesday mornings after Social Exercises at Flinders Park at 10.30am The dates are June 7, 14, 21, & 28

Tae Rak Aquaculture Centre

June 16th will be a visit to Tae Rak Aquaculture Centre. Car pooling will be available.
The menu can be viewed on their website or we have some printed sheets available at Flinders Park.

Please keep in mind visiting this centre they will not take cash payment for lunch etc., payment will be by credit/debit card only.

Portland Rotary Club

Portland Rotary Club is once again collecting Bras for Fiji. If you have any bras in good condition, there will be a collection box placed at Flinders Park . The International Director for Rotary will be travelling to Fiji in July and will take them for distribution to the Islanders as they are very expensive to buy. Rotary will also be knitting Beanies this year and the pattern and wool is available at Seaview Real Estate.

HIGH TEA is on again at Bay of Whales Gallery July 14th at 2pm.
