Coming up this week is Speakers Corner to be held at the Portland Library 10.15am for 10.30am start. Our Speakers will be two of our members two different topics and should not be a morning to missed. Seats are filling up. The name sheet is on the table at Flinders Park.

Ellen Linke  will speak on her Army Experiences and is also past Editor of the Portland Observer.

Robyn Peacock is also a member of Portland U3a and will be speaking about GEOCACHING.  This is a new game or hobby and Robyn will explain it all.

June is with us this week and so is winter and nearly the end of our first busy semester for this year.

JUNE ACTIVITIES

 The Legal System.   This will be led by Rudi de Zoete Spiero . This series will be held on Wednesday mornings after Social Exercises at Flinders Park at 10.30am    The series dates are June 7, 14, 21, & 28 Contact; Lynne McNaughton 0400078519

TAE RAK AQUACULTURE CENTRE

June 16th  will be a visit to Tae Rak Aquaculture Centre.  
Car pooling will be available and TIME TO BE DECIDED!
The menu can be viewed on their website or we have some printed sheets available at Flinders Park.
If you would like to go there is a name sheet at Flinders Park.
