“Baz” gave us a top level summary of Cyber Warfare; a concise talk and there was a Q & A Session. During this session “Baz” gave us some simple ideas that we can do to make ourselves better protected.
Scams are becoming more and more frequent each day.
Don’t open unfamiliar websites and messages.
Don’t reply to unknown phone calls – if they are genuine calls they will leave a message,
Change passwords frequently
Cover up the camera on your camera or laptop
Use a notebook for your passwords. Have a second notebook stored in a relatives home in case of burglary.
Not recommended to have passwords stored on your computer.
